Sustainability

Great denim shouldn’t cost the earth.

Denim is one of fashion’s most resource-intensive products. As a manufacturer, we sit exactly where that can change — and we take the responsibility seriously.

Our commitments

Four pillars, applied every day.

Responsible cotton

We prioritise responsibly grown cotton and work with mills that share our standards for soil, water and people.

Water-conscious washing

Enzyme and stone techniques tuned to use less water and fewer chemicals — without compromising the wash character.

Durability by design

The most sustainable garment is the one that lasts. We engineer denim to be worn for years, not seasons.

People first

Fair, safe and respectful working conditions across our production — the non-negotiable behind every seam.

Smarter washing

The laundry is where sustainability is won.

Washing defines denim’s character — and most of its environmental footprint. Because our laundry is in-house, we control both.

We develop washes with enzyme technology and optimised stone processes that reduce water and chemical use, and we continuously review recipes to reach the same look with less impact.

When you work with ASF Moda, we’ll always propose the lower-impact route to the wash you want.

Honest by default

Progress over promises.

We won’t greenwash. Sustainability in manufacturing is a path of constant, measurable improvement — better fibres, better recipes, less waste, longer-lasting garments.

Ask us about the sustainable options for your production — from fabric choice to wash recipe to packaging — and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible, what it costs and what it saves.
